These 75 minute sessions will be a tailored experience depending on the different gusmester, ranging from hot and intense, to warm and soothing. Therapeutic aromatherapy oils are poured onto hot stones, and the evaporating vapour is circulated around the space with towels & fans. Breathwork, guided meditation and curated playlists will perfectly partner the rest of the experience.​

Slightly less heat set at 80°c, but still hot! Calming infusions of oils, with soothing theme-weaving and ethereal music. Step in, wind down.
More spicy at 90°c. More steam work, more intense theme-weaving and deeper music beats by our gusmesters. Still mindful, but with more depth.
