Gentle Vinyasa

FLOW | GROUNDING | MINDFUL

The same as our most popular vinyasa classes but more dedicated to a slower rhythm. A class dedicated to linking breath with postures through slower intentional movement. These classes still weave together strength and flexibility but through a more foundational posture practice, slower flows and a focus more on groundedness and stability.

 

Level 0 -  1:

Perfect for those who already practice and wanting a softer session, or a beginner yogi wanting a more accessible class with time to figure out the body and breath.

Kundalini

TRANSFORMATIVE | AWAKENING

This practice combines movement, breathwork, mantra chanting, and meditation to awaken your inner potential. Enhance vitality, flexibility, and strength as you gracefully flow through energizing postures. Connect with your higher self through mantra chanting and delve into deep meditation to access inner wisdom.

 

Conclude with relaxation, feeling alive, energized, and connected to your authentic essence. Suitable for experienced yogis seeking inner awakening and self-realization. Embrace Kundalini Flow for a profound and revitalizing practice.

MOM & BABY

A weekly drop-in class for mothers and babies to land, soften, and reconnect. Rebuild strength gently, release tension, and share space with others walking the early postpartum path. Come as you are. Every week is different, and all is welcome.

Rocket

DYNAMIC | PLAYFUL | STRONG

A San Francisco classic, Rocket yoga is rooted on the Ashtanga vinyasa system and is an invitation to be playful with your practice. In these invigorating classes, you will have the opportunity to try arm balances and fly into inversions. There will be plenty of modifications for you to build up strength and confidence. This isn't about holding the perfect handstand, this is about linking movement to breath and coming out of the class feeling alive and energised!

All you need is an open mind and playful attitude.

 

Not suitable for first time yogis. Come try a Vinyasa 1-2 first!

Shake the Dust

SOMATIC | POETIC | ENERGISING

"HIIT but DEEP!"

Through a guided poetic universe with a theme related to each practice, we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement.

Vinyasa

FLOW | INTENTION | BREATH

Simply put, vinyasa is a class dedicated to linking breath with powerful postures through movement and intentional creativity. These classes weave together strength and flexibility, stirring up stale energy and uplifting the soul. This is where the magic happens: the flow state.

 

Level 1 - 2:

An open level class playing with a lot of basic postures whilst adding in lots of movement to create flow. Variations of poses will cater to your needs on the day. Adapt your practice with modifications to tone it down, or heat things up in challenging intermediate options.

Level 2 - 3:

For the practitioners who want more intensity. Everyone is welcome yet general knowledge of class structure and basic poses would be expected as there will be less instructions to give room for more flow. There will be more focus on transitions between postures, adventuring with intermediate to advanced postures.

Yin

STILLNESS | SURRENDER

The art of stillness. Where the distractions of the day melt away, and the dust settles. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga is where the bones come to rest and the mind unravels. Cultivating a sense of ease and stillness, Yin may look like not much is happening from the outside, but this is a powerfully therapeutic class.

The perfect partner to balance Yang practices such as Vinyasa, even running or martial arts. We surrender into long held poses, anywhere from 2 - 7 minutes, finding expansion in the joints, and the unwinding of the muscles.

Open for all levels and abilities - please inform the teacher if you are pregnant.

Sauna sessions 

Saunagus is a tailored, immersive wellness experience combining the therapeutic qualities of heat, aromatherapy, guided meditation and curated music. The facilitator, 'gusmester' enhances the serene ritual by circulating the vapours of essential oils around the space with a towel or fan, creating both an invigorating and soothing setting.

Warm & Soothing

75 MIN | GUIDED | HOLISTIC 

Set at a gentler 80°C, this session offers a more accessible heat: warm, but never overpowering. Expect calming scents, slower pacing, and music with a softer, more ambient tone. Ideal if you're new to saunagus or simply seeking deep rest.

Level 1 | Warm & Soothing

3x 10-12 minute guided rounds, with 10 minutes in between to refresh in-between by taking a plunge in the cold bath or dip under the cold shower.

Hot & Intense

75 MIN | GUIDED | DEPTH 

A spicier session set at 90°C. Expect deep beats, rich steam work and immersive storytelling from our gusmesters.

Mindful, but with more edge for those who like it bigger and bolder.

Level 2 | Hot & Intense

3x 12 minute guided rounds, with 10 minutes in between to refresh in-between by taking a plunge in the cold bath or dip under the cold shower.

A celebratory, body-affirming space for LGBTQIA+ folks to unwind, connect, and be themselves without explanation.

A nurturing space for all who identify and align as women to pause, reflect, and return to themselves through warmth and quiet ritual.

FLINTA* SAUNA

A supportive space for Frauen (women), Lesbians, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, and Agender individuals to soften, release, and be held in community.

Reformer pilates 

Level 1-2

ALIGN | CONTROL | STRENGTH

This class builds on the basics with more layered sequences and a steady pace. You will work with controlled resistance to strengthen your core, improve posture, and support balanced movement. Expect clear cues, simple flows, and focused repetition that helps you feel steady and strong.

Level 1 - 2:
Perfect for the beginners, those with knowledge of the foundations, or if you are building confidence on the Reformer. Safe progressions offered throughout.

Level 2-3

POWER | PRECISION | FLOW

A stronger and more technical class that explores deeper core work, coordinated movement, and longer sequences. You will move with rhythm and control while working with increased resistance. Expect targeted strength work, refined alignment, and sequences that demand focus.

Level 2–3:
Best for experienced students who feel stable on the machine and want a stronger class with clear direction. Variations provided to support your capacity.
