PRENATAL YOGA
Step into the powerful role as birth-giver
OVERVIEW
Even before your baby is born, they begin to tune in to life on earth—from the comfort of the world within. Their senses awaken in the watery home they swirl through: the sound of your heartbeat, voices and vibrations, the warmth of your touch, even shifting light through closed eyelids.
This profound connection between mother and baby grows stronger each day, as your rhythms align and deepen over the course of pregnancy.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an existing practice, many expectant mothers find that yoga offers essential support - physically, emotionally, and energetically. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to help you navigate pregnancy with more comfort, awareness, and strength, while preparing body and mind for birth and recovery.
These drop-in sessions support circulation and mobility, and aim to ease common discomforts like back and hip pain, fatigue, fluid retention, cramps, insomnia, and heartburn. More than just physical, prenatal yoga also enhances self-awareness and nurtures the connection with your growing baby.
Step fully into your role as birth-giver, mother, and woman - offering your baby the best possible start with a more grounded, mindful transition from womb to world.
