Let us gather to simply practise yoga, eat nutiritious food and enjoy some good company. Colette will guide you through an awakening 75 minute vinyasa flow followed by a collective brunch made by food extraordinaire Liva in a social setting.

Colette has been guiding students in Copenhagen for 1.5 years. Her classes weave fluid movement, grounding meditation and thought-provoking language to create a full embodied experience.
Please note all food will be plant-based.
