Each 75-minute session offers a unique experience, shaped by the style of the gusmester. Some sessions are deeply warming and meditative, while others build intensity and heat - always held with care. Therapeutic essential oils are infused into the steam by pouring them onto hot stones, then gently circulated through the space using towels and fans. Expect breathwork, guided meditation, and curated soundscapes to support your journey inward.
