OVERVIEW
Join us for a 4 night retreat set just beyond Marrakech, where the pace softens beyond the souks and the senses settle at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.
This is a journey through the elements. A few days to step away from noise and routine, to return to something more grounded. Through daily practice, nature, and shared experience, you are invited inward.
Each day follows a natural rhythm: mornings are energising, with strong, intentional movement to wake the body and clear the mind. As the day opens, there is space for time by the pool, with your favourite book in the shade, or optoinal adventures to the cith or. ountains. Evenings shift into slower practices, stillness and quiet integration.
Let us tease you:
One day is devoted to water, a fluid and flowing vinyāsa practice followed by a journey into the Atlas Mountains moving through valleys and waterfalls. Contrasted to our fire day, a strong morning practice full of twists and turns, where we then venture into Marrakech with its' glorious souks full of colour, texture, and movement. A kind of beautiful chaos with time to explore, to shop for treasures (bring an empty suitcase!), and to take it in at your own pace.
The retreat is guided by two teachers and dear friends, holding the space with care and attention throughout. You are supported, but never pushed. Free to engage deeply, or to take the space you need.
Communal vegetarian brunches and dinners rooted in traditional Moroccan flavours are eaten together in the shade of the trees.
The focus is simple, unfold slowly with us through movement, rest and exploration.

YOGA
FOOD
Begin each day in silence, with a cup of tea and a moment to arrive before practice.
Move into strong, energising morning vinyasa practices led by both Faye & Tessa, guided through the classical elements. Expect fluid sequencing, heat in the body, and space to explore how you move, breathe, and respond. These are not beginner-led classes, yet you are welcome if you’re ready to step in.
Explore breathwork and meditation throughout the week; different approaches, different rhythms and always accessible. Mantra is also an important part of practice, used as tools to meditate which will be woven naturally into each practice.
Spend your afternoons as you choose. Rest by the pool, find a quiet corner with a book, or take in the surroundings at your own pace before soften into the evenings with slower sessions designed to down-regulate the nervous system. Yin, restorative, and stillness-based practices that allow the body to release and the mind to settle as the light fades.
If you want to try Faye or Tessa's classes before joining us, Faye teaches every Monday & Thursday whilst Tessa teaches on Wednesdays.
Experience Moroccan cuisine in its simplest and most generous form, fresh, seasonal, and made to be shared.
Begin mornings with big traditional Moroccan breakfasts. Warm bread, local honey, olive oil, soft cheeses, fresh fruit, and tea, slow and unhurried before the day gets going.
Gather for long, communal meals served family-style, where dishes are placed at the centre of the table and shared together. A mix of flavours, textures, and plenty of colour.
Enjoy vibrant, vegetarian plates inspired by local cooking wiht slow-cooked tagines, spiced vegetables, fresh herbs, grains, and legumes.
Eat mostly outdoors, on shaded terraces or under open sky. Taste a variety of preparations across the week. Some dishes fresh and light, others warm and slow-cooked. Simple food, well prepared, shared in good company!

THE VENUE
Set within traditional ochre walls and surrounded by nature, the space feels both expansive and intimate. A central courtyard with a softly flowing fountain anchors the riad, while gardens, shaded corners, and open terraces invite you to slow down and settle in.
The rooms are designed in a classic Moroccan style, with warm textures, hand-finished details, and a sense of quiet comfort. Each one offers a private space to rest, with air conditioning, soft seating areas, and simple, considered finishes.
This retreat has an incredible amount of private king-bed rooms all ranging in style, with only 4 sharing room spaces. Come treat yourself!
At the heart of the property is a swimming pool framed by greenery, alongside a traditional hammam that reflects Morocco’s deep-rooted bathing culture. There are spaces to gather, and just as many to be alone.
Meals are served with a view of the surrounding landscape, often out on the terrace, where the Atlas Mountains sit in the distance. The food is rooted in local fresh, seasonal tradition.
Once a historic residence, the riad carries a sense of stillness and depth. Located near Aghmat, an ancient site at the foothills of the High Atlas, the setting is defined by birdsong, open sky and a slower pace of life. This is a place that naturally draws you inward.
