We ourselves hold powerful abilities to adapt; we grow by choice or by force; and we come together in our collective search for contentment and happiness.

This event is a yoga experience inspired by some of the earthly rituals explored during the host's 7 day retreat in June 2023:

- searching for sun,
- the need for water,
- growing roots,
- spreading like wildfire, 
- frost and shadows,
- cycles of bloom and hibernation, 
- sensing trust.

You can expect dynamic vinyasa, deep and rhythmic breathing, yin yoga and meditation. Bring a journal/notebook since this will start a conversation with your body and your mind.
