Join us for a two-part workshop that begins with a gentle yoga practice to relax the body, followed by a guided art session designed to calm the mind and encourage creative expression.
This experience is rooted in both self-connection and a sense of community.
The yoga portion blends soft styles - including yin, breathwork, somatic movement, and slow flow - to create a grounding, nourishing practice. From there, we transition into a guided drawing activity that supports mindfulness, expression, and reflection.
No artistic experience is needed; the focus is on process, not perfection.
This workshop is open to all levels of yoga and welcomes every body, gender, and expression.
Art materials are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own pens, notebooks, or supplies if you prefer.
ABOUT NATASHA
Natasha (she/her/they) is an artist and yoga teacher based between Copenhagen and Amsterdam. With a background in yoga, karma yoga, music, and art therapy, her workshops are a heartfelt blend of creativity, healing, and community. Her intention is to offer inclusive, expressive, and accessible spaces that honour connection and the joy of mindful practices.
