This immersive workshop invites you into a guided journey of sensual presence and embodied exploration through breath, movement, sound and embodiment. We will soften mental conditioning and awaken the senses with pleasure and presence.

The experience unfolds in a gentle, intentional rhythm starting with sensory grounding and moving into micro-movements with sound activation. We will explore self-touch and archetypal energies, concluding with meditative integration. Each stage supports reconnection to the body’s natural rhythms, authentic expression, and the vitality that arises from truly feeling.

Workshop Flow:

Arrival & Sensory Grounding
- Safely land in the body and awaken sensation through breath, gentle shaking, and mindful attention.

- Awakening the Sensual Body
Explore movement guided by sensation, textures, and micro-movement exercises.

Breath + Sound Activation
- Open expression and embodiment through sound, toning, and movement.

Sensual Presence with Self-Touch
- Deepen body awareness and pleasure through slow, curious contact with oneself.

Archetypal Embodiment
- Playfully embody energies like the Innocent, the Wild One, the Lover, and the Sovereign to expand expression and presence.

Sensory Meditation
- Integrate the experience in stillness, breath, and internal sensation.

Closing Circle
- Share, reflect, and ground the journey together.

This workshop is a sensual -not sexual -space, focused on attunement through sensation and embodiment rather than sexual activation.
