”You are stronger than you think you are”
Larry Shultz, the founder of Rocket yoga.
SAT 02 SEPT
12.30 - 15.30
Rocket Yoga is a fierce, fiery fun and playful practice. Following a set sequence it offers a familiar format and frame, and within this frame opportunities to play. However, playfulness calls for courage. And those two elements, courage and play will be the focus for this master class.

Following the Rocket 2 sequence as our frame we will work our way through arm balances, inversions, backbends and creative transitions in this master class. But unlike a regular Rocket Class at this master class we will take the time to break down some of these more advanced parts in terms of preparation and technique. The aim is to provide you with a better understanding of these asanas and transitions and inspire you in your own practice.

We will also honor that rocket yoga is more than a physical practice by introducing pranayama, chanting, mudra and meditation which all aims to invoke courage and kindle your inner fire.

It’s an advantage if you’re familiar with Rocket Yoga, but in no way a requirement.

AC started her yoga journey back in 2012 and has since then embraced yoga as a key part of her life. As a teacher and student she is determined to stay curious and continue to explore the range and depth of yoga. Her teachings are inspired by the range of schools she’s a student off and combines knowledge from all of these and seeks to empower her students through her teachings.
When AC first came across Rocket yoga it sparked a flame. It was in many ways like a child discovering a playground for the first time. It’s in particular the way that the practice can build strength, empowerment and a sense of community that she loves about Rocket yoga and she aims to bring forward in her rocket classes.
