YIN, MASSAGE & MEDITATION

Join us for a nourishing 2.5-hour long journey into deep rest for body and mind. With gentle guidance, restorative touch, soft massage, mellow yin shapes and mindful meditation, together we will slow down the mind, ground into the body, and nourish the self.
Treat this as a dedicated space for sacred rest, timed perfectly as we land in the third month of 2023 and find grounding and warmth during the transition of seasons.
What you will experience:
• Grounding meditation practice accompanied with soothing hang drum music, played live by Shaan.
• Sweet, long, restorative Yin shapes.
• Hands-on adjustments, physical touch, and massage for deep relaxation.
• Guided Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic Sleep’ for deep rest.
