Curious about going upside down but not sure where to start? This is a supportive and educational workshop designed to break down the foundations of arm balances and inversions in a clear, accessible way.

Whether you’re working on your first Crow pose or refining your forearm balance, this workshop will help you understand how inversions actually work so you can build strength and confidence step by step.

Together we’ll work on the foundations of:

- Bakasana/Kakasana (Crow Pose)
- Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance)
- Handstand

You’ll learn:

- How to safely prepare your wrists and shoulders
- How to shift weight into your hands without fear
- Core engagement and body awareness drills
- Beginner-friendly progressions and variations
- How to use the wall effectively
- How to fall safely and build confidence

This is not about “perfect” shapes or performing advanced tricks. We learn to understand the body moving upside down in a way that feels steady and supported.
