Describe your classes in 3 word
Gentle, soul-soothing & authentic

What is your story with Yoga?
A very classic ‘yoga changed my life’ kind of a story of being 19, completely confused, living in London and struggling with self-worth etc. A friend of mine took me to a hot yoga class and my yoga journey began with discipline, lots of sweat and so so many tears. As soon as I reached the point of release and was allowing myself to cry and let go I knew I wanted to share this practice and support others in their journeys of self-love.

How would students feel after attending one of your classes?
Held, loved and shining – and a feeling of insight – like there was something to learn and work with

What influences your style of teaching?
Intuition, people (teachers, friends, family, students), the energy, nature, my own experiences, philosophy.

Yin, Restorative & Prenatal yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Gentle Hatha

Whats the best piece of advice you've received?
Mmm Anitya from a Vipassana meditation course I did a couple of years ago – I finally understood the concept of impermanence, that everything is always changing – I feel like so many people have told me this before but only then I really understood the meaning

What's your perfect Sunday?
Sleeping in, swimming in the sea, a long walk and homemade Pizza

What do you do for self-care?
Depends on my menstrual cycle and mood! But mostly Yoga Nidra or dancing and lots of stinging nettle tea.
