The crisp air feels warmer, the days longer, and a sense of new beginnings emerges from the earth.

Join teachers and best friends Faye & Colette for a 2.5 hour co-lead class combining both their love and knowledge for teaching on the theme of the elements. Under the potent energy of both the spring equinox and Worm New Moon, this event will be the time for renewal, the release of darkness and welcoming in the light.
Creating depth & ritual from the beginning with a communal altar, this event will be a strong Vinyasa flow based practice on the element of EARTH full of ritual, repetition and revolving around our own earthly axis.
A focus on the back body, we will lengthen from heel through hamstring, all the up through the spine to the back of the neck. The more open we become through folds, the more we are able to move from earth to sky into the inversions of the practice.
A grounding practice from folding and the deep centering of our Muladhara charka at the root of the body, here we find the earthly qualities of belonging, a stable space to call home and root in tribe and community.
Be ready to unfold and bloom.
