COMMUNITY CLASS: BIPOC

A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class for those who identify as a person of colour, offering a a safer and more inclusive space to begin or deepen your practice.

This class is an invitation for our BIPOC community to feel held, seen, and supported. Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding postures, freeing movement, and accessible breathwork and meditation, all designed to restore connection to body, breath, and self.

This class is for anyone with varied ancestry, origin, and ethnicity within the wide BIPOC umbrella who’s been seeking a space where they can move, breathe, and be, without needing to explain or fit into dominant wellness spaces.

To support accessibility, this class is offered at a lower rate of just 50 DKK, and is open to both members and non-members.

ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY CLASSES

We created our Community Class series to offer a safer, more supportive space for people who are often excluded or underrepresented in yoga settings, including those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, people of colour, or living with mental health challenges.

Yoga should be for everyone - but we know that walking into your first class can sometimes feel awkward, unsafe, or like you don’t belong. These classes are designed to change that.

Each Community Class is led by a teacher from the community being centred, with a focus on gentle, beginner-friendly movement, meditation, and breathwork, taught in an informed, inclusive, and down-to-earth way.

 

We’re here to help you feel seen, safe, and supported, so you can explore yoga on your own terms.

Let us give you space, so you can take up your own.
