Through guided meditation, soft movements and calming breathwork, you are invited to connect with your growing body and baby. Join this community space and experience how yoga can prepare both body and mind for birth.​

To provide a community space for support and care during pregnancy, this BIPOC workshop will be an inclusive space for those who identify as black, indigenous and people of color. We will meet in a circle and share, move and rest together.
​
You will practice tuning in to your body, your needs and boundaries - all with the intention of increasing your bodily awareness.
This workshop does not require any former experience with yoga. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe to you.
