Yoga & Clay
Join Emily and Beatrice for 4 hours of winter-inspired practice through breath, yin and clay work.

First, Emily will guide you through a restorative meditation and soft yin yoga, focused on finding grounding and relaxation. After yoga, there will be a break with plant-based snacks, tea and coffee.
Finally, you'll have the opportunity to explore the art of clay under the guidance of Beatrice from Studio Kefi. She will teach you three hand-building techniques: coiling, pinching, and slab construction.
During this workshop, you'll have the chance to create one unique piece. It could be a candlelight holder, a cup, or a plate, intended either for your personal use or as a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one. Upon completion of the workshop, you'll have the option to select either transparent or white glaze to enhance your clay creations.
After a period of three to four weeks, your beautifully glazed pieces will be ready for you to collect.
