Join Emily and Beatrice for 3.5 hours of spring-inspired practice through breath, movement and clay work.
Working with clay connects us to element of Earth and the practice of yoga brings presence into our body. In this event we will focus on the element of wood, which is the element of spring season.

Spring is the time of regeneration and new beginnings. It is the time to set new intentions and to release stagnant energy. When we work with wood, we touch upon organs as the liver and the gallbladder, which help us cleanse and rejuvenate.
What you will experience:
First, a yoga practice focused on the breath and mindful movements, guided by Emily. A combination of Yin and Yang poses, which inspire a sense of grounding and presence in the body.
After yoga, there will be a break with plant-based snacks and herbal teas.
Lastly, you will connect to the element of Earth through the sense of touch and clay work.
Beatrice will teach you several hand building techniques such as coiling and pinching. You will be free to make whichever piece of pottery you would like and Bea will give you some inspiration too.
At the end of the workshop you will chose between transparent or white glaze and your clay creations will be ready for you to pick up after 3/4 weeks.
