What is your story with Yoga?
I started after I had my daughter Paulina, and I needed this space where I could tune in to myself. A home for myself, I just love doing yoga, it brings me joy and gives me peace inside.
How are students going to feel after attending one of your classes?
They'll feel relaxed yet awake, just really happy!

What influences your style of teaching?
Mindfulness, I love to work with the chakras to connect to the body. I love to end classes tuning in to the body, becoming thankful and grateful.
What does your perfect Sunday look like?
A dip in the ocean, then home to enjoy the day with my daughter and boyfriend, then just chill. I love to chill!
What do you do for selfcare?
I meditate, enjoy me and give myself precious time.
