Describe your classes in 3 words
Magically warm & sensitive
What is your story with Yoga?
Yoga came naturally to me since I was very young. It has been my best teacher ever. I took my very first class when I was 18 years old and I still remember it like it was yesterday. I felt a feeling of familiarity and ease, after that I went through a huge awakening process that has permeated my whole life, and still does.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
There was this very old woman I met when I lived in NYC. I was going through a major broken heart, and she helped me through it. We clicked big time. I remember clearly one thing she said to me, "He will always have your love, and you should protect that". Back then I didn't understand it, but with the years I see it clearly now. It was and is my very own love.
How would a student feel after taking one of your classes?
Energised, clear, relax, blissful: closer to their essence.

What influences your teaching?
The teachings of Mr. Gurdjieff. But above all, I teach from my own heart and experiences. And then, dance and music find their way into the secret places of my soul. Also a bit of magic and the higher forces guiding us all.
Tell us 3 things about yourself
-
I was born in the Dominican Republic in 1984
-
There's something about animals that makes me very sensitive. I have two cats and their love is the purest and most beautiful of all.
-
I speak Spanish, English, Danish fluently, and a bit of French and Italian (although after I've learnt danish, when I try speaking french, only danish words come out!)
What is your favourite food?
Anything Asian, I love edamame beans, I could eat a full bunch all alone, accompanied by a warm good bottle of sake. Just for me.
What does your perfect Sunday look like?
Ahhh I was born on a Sunday, and it is my ever best favourite day of the week. I love going to the sauna for hours. I love being at home with my husband and cats, perhaps I do a gentle yoga practice, or go for a walk in the park. I have this tradition of sometimes going to the movies on Sunday evenings. I am easy like Sunday mornings.
