Rewilding Women
With Colette Alderson
250 DKK
We often look to far-flung corners of the world to embark on our journey to the self; we turn to yoga and meditation from the east, and observe the traditions of indigenous cultures in Central and South America, but what if we turned to the mythology and wonder of our own lands and the native traditions born out of these?
FRI 19 NOV
18.00 - 20.00
Our female ancestors were powerful warriors, guardians of the land and fierce mothers, with a deep connection to nature. How can we harness the ancient traditions from our native land to expand our awareness of our true, wild self and connect with the land that we live on today?
Under the potent energy of the full moon, this event will celebrate our ancestral roots. We will touch upon ways we can weave Celtic and Norse spirituality, practises and rituals into our daily lives. Reclaim your right to find your own path to the modern wilderness within you.

What to expect:
-
We will unveil the magic of the elements and attune our souls to the sun, the moon, and the cycles of the seasons in a ceremony of celebration.
-
We will invite visualisation into our meditation practise, creating deep relationships with faerie folk, goddesses, the ancestors, and the spirits of the land.
-
We will summon wild movement, ancient spirals and weave the elements and nature into our yoga practise, while listening to the music of our ancestors’ heart-songs.
-
Some ideas and practises for creating change, both from the inside and in our daily lives, will be shared in a ceremonial space.
