Describe your classes in 3 word
Spirited, sweaty, sweet

What is your story with Yoga?
My journey with yoga began when I was 13 in my hometown, where I took my first classes and was instantly drawn to the magic of the practice. I have practised on and off since then, but have always, gratefully, carried a consciousness of breath, movement and stillness with me. A few years ago, my practice intensified, and I started sharing my love for yoga by teaching friends, which eventually led to the idea of doing my teacher training.
