I started after I had my second child. A gym class I had booked onto was cancelled when I got there so I joined a yoga class instead. I was completely blown away and remember thinking ‘this is doing something that I’ve never experienced before.’
How are students going to feel after attending one of your classes?
They will respect their boundaries a little more and feel stronger.
What is Rocket Yoga?
Rocket yoga is based on Ashtanga yoga but is more playful. We swap poses and move the sequence around, while throwing in a lot of handstands. There are at least 3 or 4 handstands in one class which means you can really see the change rapidly from muscle memory and repetition so you’ll feel much stronger.

Where are you from? A little town in Jutland but living in Copenhagen since 1990
What influences your style of teaching?
My medical background really influences my teaching. I always want to make sure the alignments are in a way that works for the individual.
What does your perfect Sunday look like? Having my entire family round
What is your favourite snack?
Liquorice! And if I’m being healthier then blueberries
