PRENATAL // POSTNATAL
Describe your classes in 3 words
Soft, grounding, caring

How are students going to feel after attending one of your classes?
I hope they feel connected to their bodies, well rested and that they have been reminded of their strength and power.

What is your story with Yoga?
Yoga has been my pathway to connecting deeply with my body and mind. Whenever I feel stuck, my practice helps me move physically, mentally and emotionally. During my pregnancies I also practiced yoga and found it to be such a sweet and loving way to connect with my growing body and baby. My pregnancies and the birth of my babies have been the early seeds of my journey towards becoming a birthworker and teaching prenatal/postnatal yoga.
