Connect deeply with the feeling of unconditional love for yourself and for others with this 3-hour Dancing Yolates experience. You will be guided through a meditation connecting to each of the four pillars, you will open up your body through dance, joint work, breath work, feminine energy flow, and a deep and healing savasana. Go deep into yourself, inspired to release physical tension and stagnation, and to let go of whatever doesn’t serve you any more, making room for the gifts of this special time of year.

a holistic training method and philosophy that combines dance, chi gong, yoga, meditation, pilates, intentional movement and energy work, creating a beautiful and unique melody of movement. The intention is to balance and heal your body from the inside out, to awaken your inner child, and to bring more feminine flow, strength, joy and freedom into your life.
