Lili Boesen Hernandez
I am Lili Boesen-Hernandez, originally from Central Mexico, a land where I was nurtured by the strength of remarkable women and enveloped in the love of my family. My upbringing was rich with the vibrant colors delicious food, and the rhythm of Latino culture.​
Since 2014, Copenhagen has been my home. Here, I am blessed with a best friend, my Danish husband, and our two delightful little Vikings. Raising them so far from my native land has highlighted for me the significance of a robust support network.
By profession, I hold degrees in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Business Management. For over a decade, I served in laboratory settings and advised budding biotechnology entrepreneurs. However, my first pregnancy became a turning point. To manage my intense anxiety, I immersed myself in the world of birth and lactation. This interest propelled me to attain certifications as a Lactation Counselor, Birth Doula, and Postpartum Doula through Childbirth International®.

My quest for knowledge didn't end there. I traveled back to Mexico to immerse myself in its birthing traditions, learning invaluable insights from seasoned midwives, the women of my family, and other various resources. In my research, I uncovered age-old care practices that have stood the test of time, such as the 'rebozo', a favorite among my clients. Today, I infuse my services with a blend of traditional contemporary, and Nordic care methods, ranging from baby massage and rebozo massage to female herbalism, anxiety management techniques, and much more.
