What is your story with Yoga?

I met yoga when I was 15 on a trip to the States. Fell in love with the feeling it gave me and the form, and how you can always meet yourself with a new challenge no matter how long you've practiced. Always needed something to ground me and make me stronger and when I dove deeper into the practice, I figured out I loved helping people to get more self awareness and in contact with themselves through yoga. I am also a singer, so the whole mind/body/breath is a great combo for my voice, which I love to use to get deeper in the practice.

How are students going to feel after attending one of your classes?​

More present and in touch with their inner state of mind. Grounded, maybe sweaty and strong.


Tell us 3 things we need to know about you!

  • I have a son called Alf

  • I love to dig and plant trees

  • I sing and write songs and meditation music.

What influences your style of teaching?

I loved taking my first training at Hamsa studio and being taught by Simon Krohn. I'm very much inspired by him and then all the colleagues I have in Copenhagen, and I love to join other teachers' classes to keep getting new ways of flowing on the mat. Love vinyasa style, but also truly love a slow and yummy practice with restorative poses to slow the pace down down down.

What’s your favourite snack?

OMG, only one? Hmmm, then it's probably chocolate. In almost every form.

What do you do for self-care?

Yoga, yoga and yoga. Sing, read and sleep in my hammock in the garden. Run. Handstand practice. And hang out with my little family and all my beautiful friends.
