​​From beginner to long-time practitioners, its time to take your practice to new heights in this 3 hours workshop developing strength, flexibility and openness to FLY!
We'll spend some time opening up, tuning up the body through biomechanics of hands, arms, shoulders and hips applying different drills and skills for arm balances. Modifications of the poses depending on each student.
Every moment and every micro-movement, every breath and every layer of the process will ultimately lead us to these wonderful arm-balancing poses:

"Since I started practicing yoga I got really curious about arm balances and it took me a lot of time to process and understand that behind these amazing poses, there is an amazing world of knowledge unknown to me. So I dug in deeper.
I've learned a lot through hours of practice and I'm still learning. Arm balances is beyond physical strength, it's some sort of threshold we need to cross, in order to access our inner strength.
I will share with you all the knowledge that I've learned over the years, so we can fly together!
