What influences your style of teaching?
Listening to my body and intuition. For me yoga is a way we can connect to ourselves, it is a way to tune in and listen to what our bodies needs and what feels good. In my classes we will tune in to the body through breath, awareness and free movement.
Where are you from?
I am from Bénin and Denmark
What are you trained in?
Vinyasa yoga (200 hours) and Hatha yoga (300 hours)
What does your perfect Sunday look like?
Dancing! I love dancing. I am teaching Afro Dance classes outside every Sunday and I love it.
What’s your favourite snack?
Chocolate, strawberry, blueberry and mango
What do you do for self-care?
Meditate, spend time in nature, hang out with good friends and dance
