Are you a new teacher and want to explore Vinyasa teaching at a greater depth?
Are you an experienced teacher finding yourself teaching the same thing over and over again?
This 40 hour teacher training is for qualified yoga teachers looking to add some intrigue to their classes: to dive into creativity and integrate the four archetypal forces of creation to your own classes. This process of learning includes asana, meditation, mudra, pranayam & how to set the scene bowing down to EARTH, WATER, FIRE and AIR.
How can we create a full bodied experience when teaching, far beyond asana?
Learn to harness simple tools and create masterpieces: a full spectrum of movement, sounds, devotion and intention. Two weekends to awaken subtle dynamics of energy, how to move and see beyond form.

Requirements
You will be required:

To have a 200 hour teacher training in any style, but this training is aimed at teachings of vinyasa.

The practices will be strong, make sure to have a regular vinyasa practice or at least the month before we start.

Bring an open-minded, positive attitude! Our community is created through authenticity and individuality to make us whole. Take what you need from this course, and be ready to learn.
Open mind
Open mind, open heart. Be ready for dynamic asana practices together, for vivid meditation and chants full of grace. To step out of comfort zones, work with strangers, to learn and grow. Step in, take a seat and allow modern and ancient teachings to sink in.
Reading List
There are no particular books required, but to open up to more creativity in your speech and to activate Vishuddhi (throat) chakra, pick up a book you haven't read. If you love words dancing out of the mystery, try some mystical poetry from Rumi or Hafiz. Or dive into trantric texts such as The Radiance Sutras. Learn the language of love.
